Phonics Screening Check and End of Key Stage One SATs

Phonics screening for all year one pupils and those pupils in year two that did not reach the expected standard in phonics in year one, will take place during the week commencing Monday 11th June 2018 and end of KS1 tests (year two) will take place during the week commencing Monday 21st May 2018.  I am sure you will appreciate that it is very important that all the children are in school to sit their for these statutory tests, so please ensure that these dates are in the family diary.  If you want to find out more about the phonics screening check and SATs tests and how you can help your child to prepare for these then have a look at our Learning and Assessment webpage.
